Addison County Home Health & Hospice is seeking career-oriented HR candidates to fill the position of Human Resources Generalist full-time.
In this position you will be responsible for daily maintenance of the employee/HR database, report generation, processing bi-weekly payroll, processing monthly employee notices. In addition, you will be responsible for all entry-level staffing/employee relations, conduct new employee orientation, and applicant tracking.
Candidates must possess a minimum of an Associate's degree in Business along with a minimum of 2 years direct human resource experience. In addition, candidates should have prior experience performing database management in an accurate fashion, ability to multitask and possess a sense of humor. Familiarity/prior experience with payroll systems such as PayData is extremely desirable.
