Employee Assistance Program seeks a confident problem solver to initiate regular in-person visits, develop strong relationships and provide on-the-spot assistance resolving problems to participating organizations. Successful candidate will be an energetic, persistent, outgoing, and savvy professional, a quick learner with the ability to engage resources for rapid response to accounts and an independent self-starter with superior collaborative team skills. Additional skill set required: Ability to create & manage complex and detailed projects & meet multiple timelines, comfort working with executive clients & performing group presentations. Travel within VT. This position is all about superior, warm, and 100% accountable client and account service; MSW a plus. Full-time position. Additional part-time position may be considered.
