The CCTA is seeking an energetic, professional, detailed oriented individual for a full-time Customer Service Representative position. Responsibilities include answering and directly incoming calls, responding to inquiries from the general public regarding CCTA's schedule, responding to requests for Medicaid bus passes and administering the program according to predetermined guidelines, sell and distribute bus tickets to the general public, and providing support to the General Manager and all departments as necessary.
Our ideal candidate will have some customer service experience, Word and Excel skills, excellent communications skills and outstanding organizational skills, including an attention to detail, experience with multiple-line phone system is necessary.
