FINANCIAL AID ANALYST
A rewarding position which offers variety and growth opportunity with a team devoted to assisting financial aid recipients and school personnel regarding major student aid programs. Responsible for researching, evaluating and processing educational loans, grants and scholarships from application through repayment which may include eligibility determination, disbursements, payments, forbearances, deferments, enrollment updates and reporting to national clearinghouses. Position involves learning and staying current with complex Federal and State financial aid regulations. Requires proficiency with Word, Excel and relational database programs; excellent written/verbal communication, analytical, mathematical, research, and problem-solving abilities. Candidate must be organized with excellent judgment and a positive outlook. Bachelor's degree and relevant financial experience preferred. Submit cover letter and resume by October 9, 2008.
