Our current openings:
LICSW Social Worker - (3 full-time openings and 2 part-time openings)
Provides rapid assessment, diagnosis, brief counseling support, longer term psychotherapy and behavioral medicine interventions, and work as part of a medical team with other providers and staff. One of these positions provides services to adolescent/child patients. MSW and licensure in the State of Vermont.
LICSW Social Worker - (full-time) at our Safe Harbor Location
This position is located at our Safe Harbor Location in downtown Burlington, and provides care to patients experiencing homelessness. Provides rapid assessment, diagnosis, brief counseling support, longer term psychotherapy and behavioral medicine interventions, and work as part of a medical team with other providers and staff. MSW and licensure in the State of Vermont.
Part-time Case Manager
Provide medical case management and assistance to patients through the development and implementation of case management plans. MSW preferred, or BSW with experience.
