Family support organization seeks skilled professional for the Family Infant Toddler Program in Chittenden County. Will conduct home visits, assist in the development and coordination of early intervention service plans, and communicate with multiple agencies and school districts. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of family-centered care, early childhood development, and community resources for families with young children; strong communication skills; and family experience with a child with special needs.
