Return House Case Manager

1 full-time Return House Case Manager: $24,000, Sunday - Thursday evenings. Return House is a residential transitional living program for 18-22-year-old men returning to Barre from jail. Case Manager will assist in providing 24/7 supervision of the residence, and provide individual assistance to 3-4 residents. This includes helping young men establish goals, coordination with other service providers, helping young men stay on track with treatment, employment, and educational services, and providing support. The Case Manager must be a good communicator, have excellent interpersonal skills and clear personal boundaries, and must place an emphasis on building trusting relationships while maintaining house rules and regulations.
