Intensive Case Managers

We are seeking support staff who will provide psycho-social support services in the community to adult clients. Positions can either be part-time positions or full-time positions with benefits. These positions will work closely with therapists and Emergency Team Clinicians. Strong candidates will have knowledge of mental health issues, strong social support skills, excellent judgment and familiarity with community resources. Applicant must have satisfactory criminal and driving record.
