New Beginner Tai Chi Class

We practice Cheng Man-ch'ing's "simplified" 37-posture Yang-style form. The course will be taught by Patrick Cavanaugh, longtime student and assistant to Wolfe Lowenthal. Wolfe is a student of Cheng Man-ching, author of three classic works on tai chi chuan and is the founder of Long River Tai Chi Circle. Patrick is a senior instructor at LRTTC in Vermont and New Hampshire and will be teaching the classes is Burlington.
