Join Dr. Allison Morse and Heather Schleupuner for an in-depth weekend of learning. Abhyanga (therapeutic oil massage) is an ancient Ayurvedic massage technique that is performed as a meditation with warm herb infused oils. Abhyanga draws out impurities and improves immunity by increasing lymphatic circulation. Your body and mind experience stillness and deep peace during this treatment.

We will be teaching our signature one therapist treatment which is a set of rhythmic strokes applied in a beautiful, loving and nourishing way with the intent to open the channels of the body and release stagnant prana. You will learn the benefits of oil massage, marma points and a full body routine.

Students are always surprised at how quickly they learn this simple routine!

No massage experience is necessary but welcomed. A foundational knowledge of Ayurveda is required.
