Join Chef Stephanie Gurrieri, of Cooking With Stephanie for a special Knife Skills Class! For this class, Stephanie is teaming up with some skilled friends. Amy Escott, of Revel Woodworking will discuss proper wood board care, why your knives prefer cutting on wood over plastic, and will have beautiful Vermont made boards for sale! Then, Ben Schacher of Vermont Sharp, will discuss proper knife care, how to properly sharpen knives, and preferred knife materials and brands.



Then Chef Stephanie will take the reins and teach proper cutting techniques, knife safety, and lots of cutting practice! No experience necessary, but you will walk away with a better understanding of proper knife and board care, and hopefully a brand new set of knife skills!
